Being pushed to the limits is the reality for many parents and carers at Richard House. With more seriously ill children in need of our care throughout the pandemic, the care we provide is essential. We have been pushed to the limits to ensure we reach those who so desperately need our care, whilst supporting the NHS through the admission of additional seriously ill children.
Support us this Children's Hospice Week by pushing yourself to the limit. Your donation this Children's Hospice Week will help staff like Janet, Theresa, Robynn to keep going. Could you take it one push further and partake in a fundraiser so that we can ensure our children and families don't reach breaking point?
Physical LimitsIndividually or as a team, test your physical limits of endurance or distance across Children's Hospice Week to raise money for our families still shielding. How about a Remote Relay, marathon in a week or a "cycle around the world" virtual challenge?
Face a FearLove to sing, but have terrible stage fright? Host a Zoom Karaoke show! Hate heights? Book a skydive! Whatever you fear, push yourself to overcome it during Children's Hospice Week and feel good for raising vital funds for children at the same time.
FundraisathonPush your talents or hobbies to the limit! A 24 hour bake-athon, knitting spree, cyclespin-athon or non-stop dancing are just some ideas. You can turn this into a team event by making it a relay to keep your chosen activity going for as long as possible.
You can also push your limits beyond Children's Hospice Week by signing up for our Richard House Shop Walk on 16th October 2021 - push yourself to walk up to 25km across the day! Contact us -[email protected]
