Path of Life

Tommy Walsh

Tommy Walsh is supporting the Path of Life from Richard House Children's Hospice, based in Newham, east London

Help Richard House improve the lives of children with life-limiting/life-threatening conditions and complex healthcare needs by adding your name and message to a paver that will hold a permanent place in our Path of Life.

Richard House’s Path of Life will be created this year and will be accessible via our Memory Garden.

You can become a part of this special area by making a donation for a paver and creating a personal message, which will be engraved on buff brick or high-quality granite.

This will form a permanent feature in the Path of Life and will be a lasting way for you to show just how much Richard House means to you.

You can make a donation towards a paver and choose from a range of four sizes, which will be laid on this pathway with your name and/or a general or personal message such as ‘best wishes’ or ‘keep up the good work’.

All messages have to be positive and uplifting to encourage happy, lasting memories for our children, which is in keeping with our slogan ‘Living for today, creating positive memories for tomorrow’.

Your donation will go towards helping to fund the one-to-one care given to the precious babies, children and young adults that use our services by our round-the-clock team of respite and palliative care nurses and play and care workers.

After you make a donation for your brick and confirm your message you will receive a certificate. Once we have laid your brick, we will invite you to view the Path of Life.

Tommy Walsh, Path of Life supporter and Richard House patron, said: "The Path of Life is a wonderful addition to the Richard House grounds.

"I am delighted to be involved in this project and laying the first of what I hope will be many personalised bricks on the path."
