Thank you for your interest in the 12 Bridge Walk with Richard House on Sunday 13 May.
If you wish to register, please fill out the below form. Registration fees are £15.
By signing up, you pledge to raise a minimum of £50 sponsorship for Richard House Children's Hospice to be paid before 1 July 2012.
Please complete the form before 27 April 2012. Participants also have the option of completing a shorter five-mile route. Please indicate on the form which walk you would rather finish.
Places are limited and entries are strictly processed in the order we receive them.
If you are unable to walk please inform us as soon as possible and you must return your sponsor form even if it has no sponsorship entries. You must not 'give' your place to another person. (However your place can be allocated to your contact via the fundraising office).
The registration fee covers all expenses involved in administering your place and is not refundable.
You are not permitted to use any of the sponsorship money you raise in relation to your entry in the 12 Bridge Walk to pay for expenses. Please pass all of the sponsorship monies given to you directly to Richard House Children's Hospice.
