Richard House believes in not only medically looking after a child, but holistically too.
It is important for the child to be both physically and mentally healthy - with parents and siblings that are able to cope with the strain of caring for a child with a life-limiting/threatening disease, as well as emotionally looking after themselves.
That's why Richard House offers a range of holistic care from counselling, bereavement, sibling support, young adult support, as well as complimentary therapies and spiritual support (for all faiths) so that families, siblings and young adults can create happy, positive experiences and memories.
Richard House also organises family events during the course of the year. There are annual events such as our Remembrance Service and Christmas parties.
